Clear terms.
Clear responsibilities.
Service information, 28 October 2026. These website terms and proposed service details do not form a signed service agreement. Paid services require a separate written agreement. No contract acceptance or payment collection is available on this website.
1. Website and waiting list
Forklist is a brand of Credo Inc Ltd, company number 16013841, at 50 to 54 Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 7PQ. Contact hello@forklist.co.uk.
The marketplace is in development. The North East launch is planned for 2027, followed by a phased UK rollout. Dates, availability, features, coverage and subscription prices may change before launch. We will explain material changes to registered contacts through the connected HighLevel waiting-list form.
Waiting-list registration is free. It will not create a paid subscription, hire contract, reservation, equity interest, exclusive territory, guaranteed leads or priority ranking. Visitors can withdraw launch-update consent at any time by emailing hello@forklist.co.uk. Submitting the embedded form through this website saves a registration in Credo’s existing HighLevel account.
All example trucks, dealers, map pins, prices, ratings and results shown in the marketplace concept are fictional. They are not offers to hire, genuine reviews, verified dealers or evidence of performance. The map is a schematic illustration. No booking, inventory upload or payment is available here.
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. Forklist branding and original website materials belong to Credo Inc Ltd or their respective licensors. Viewing this preview gives no right to reproduce them commercially.
2. Dealer Growth, draft business service terms
Scope and agreement
Dealer Growth is a business-to-business managed marketing service. The final written order form and service agreement will identify the contracting business, package, deliverables, service areas, allowances, responsibilities, fees and start date. Only an authorised signatory can accept on behalf of the client. This site does not accept contracts.
The service includes the agreed dealer workspace and marketing deliverables, not ownership of underlying third-party software, unlimited integrations, a full website rebuild or marketplace membership. Existing systems, integration feasibility and any migration must be agreed in writing before work starts.
Fees, Stripe billing and authorisation
Proposed monthly service fees are Pro £1,450 or Elite £2,250, plus VAT where applicable. Setup is £795 plus VAT. The final written proposal confirms the fees and tax treatment. Advertising spend is separate, agreed in advance and paid directly to the advertising platforms. Third-party messaging, calling and AI usage are subject to agreed allowances; extra charges require approval.
The planned payment method for setup and service invoices is a secure Stripe-hosted payment page issued by Credo Inc Ltd. Monthly fees are planned to be invoiced in advance. Invoice due dates, the first billing date and any recurring payment authority will be stated in the agreement and on the invoice. Merely submitting an enquiry does not authorise a charge. No card details should be entered into this website.
No additional work, higher package or increased advertising budget will be charged without prior approval. Stripe and other payment-provider terms apply to their services; our refund and cancellation obligations remain our responsibility.
Term, cancellation and suspension
The proposed initial service period is 90 days from the agreed service start date, followed by monthly service with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation does not remove fees properly due for the agreed notice period. Setup work already completed and properly delivered is chargeable; any advance payment for work we will not deliver is handled fairly under the final agreement. If we cannot deliver a material agreed service, we will discuss a remedy, revised scope or an appropriate refund.
If an invoice is overdue, we will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending the affected service, except where immediate suspension is reasonably required for security, unlawful conduct or a platform restriction. Any changes to future fees will be notified in advance and will not override an agreed price-hold period. The agreement will specify the client's options before any change takes effect.
Your responsibilities and approvals
The client supplies accurate business information, lawful offers and permission to use supplied materials. The client retains responsibility for its pricing, truck specifications, availability, safety representations and sales decisions. Account access must be granted through secure platform permissions. We do not ask for passwords through website forms.
Launch depends on timely access, information, approvals and payment under the agreement. We will agree revised dates where delays occur. We will not activate advertising or increase a budget without the agreed approval. The client reviews proposed content and claims; our obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill is not removed by that review.
Results, third parties and AI
We will deliver the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee a number of leads, sales, rankings, AI recommendations or financial returns. Platform availability, policies, auction costs and customer behaviour are outside our control. We will explain material connection or platform issues affecting delivery.
AI may assist research, content drafting and analysis with human checks. AI can make errors. Customer-facing AI, communications channels and automated actions require agreed setup, permissions and testing. AI must not make binding hire, safety, credit or legal decisions for the client. No confidential client data may be used to train a shared model without an appropriate lawful basis and agreement.
Data, confidentiality and ownership
Each party must keep the other's confidential business information secure and use it only for the agreed work. Where we process customer data on the client's behalf, an appropriate data-processing agreement must cover instructions, security, access, subprocessors, international transfers, incidents and deletion or return of data. The client must have a lawful basis for supplied contact lists; marketing and messaging permissions must be checked before use.
The client retains its customer data, supplied branding and existing accounts. The final agreement will define ownership or licensing of paid-for deliverables, third-party assets and our reusable methods. We will not describe third-party CRM or AI products as proprietary technology we own.
Exit and handover
On exit, we will agree a reasonable handover of paid-for deliverables and an export of client data in the formats supported by the underlying systems. Third-party licences and account capabilities may limit continuing access. We will explain any separately quoted migration work before charging for it. Confidential data will be returned or deleted under the agreed retention and legal requirements.
Liability and disputes, for solicitor finalisation
Nothing in the final agreement should exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation for other losses must be reasonable, proportionate to the service and aligned with available insurance. No blanket exclusion or unreviewed monetary cap is asserted in this preview.
We will first try to resolve a complaint through the named account contact. The final agreement should specify an escalation process, applicable law and courts. These draft B2B terms are intended for businesses; any consumer-facing arrangement needs separately suitable terms and must preserve applicable statutory rights.
Agreed territory
We work with one Dealer Growth client per agreed territory. Availability, locations, services and overlap rules must be confirmed in the written agreement. Marketplace participation is separate and does not confer exclusive listings.
3. Marketplace, planned rules, separate agreement
Before the marketplace launches, separate customer terms, dealer subscription terms, listing standards, verification rules, review policy, ranking explanation, complaint process and privacy notices must be finalised. These will explain exactly what Forklist checks and what remains the dealer's responsibility.
The initial intended model connects customers with supplying dealers for forklift hire. The supplying dealer would confirm suitability, availability, the full hire price, delivery, insurance requirements and contract terms, and be responsible for supplying and maintaining the truck. Forklist must not present itself as the hire supplier where it is acting as an introducer. Its own duties as platform operator are not removed by that distinction.
A fixed dealer subscription with no commission on hire contracts is planned. Pricing, listing limits, billing, renewal and cancellation will be disclosed before a dealer subscribes. Dealer Growth fees do not include marketplace membership. Stripe billing described on this website relates to Dealer Growth service invoices; no marketplace hire payment or payout system has been implemented.
Dealers must have the right to list their trucks, provide accurate specifications and pricing, maintain current availability, honour accepted hire terms and meet applicable legal and safety obligations. The verification standard and use of any accreditation label require evidence before launch. We do not currently claim that example dealers are accredited.
Matching is intended to consider the customer's requirements, location and suitability. Planned reviews should be linked to genuine experiences and moderated under a published policy. Sponsored placements, if introduced, must be clearly identified. Paying for Dealer Growth will not buy a higher organic marketplace position. No paid placement, review or ranking guarantee is offered by this preview.
